Yes, Slugg® pots are waterproof as long as you’ve planted your pots as per our instructions.

Yes, each pot comes with 2 x 1.18" drainage holes. This ensures that as long as you followed our planted guide, your plants will never sit in wet feet.

Pot feet or drainage screen is not included. However, you can add drainage kits for $10 to your order.

Due to the fragile nature of shipping garden pots, we Do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched next business day. Our distribution centre is located in Midland GA, so the time in transit depends on your location.

We deliver to most of the United States. Some areas are excluded such as Alaska and Hawaii. Simply enter your address at checkout to find out if we deliver to your area.

We’ve 100% got your back. If your pots arrive damaged, simply get in touch with us (within 24 hours) and we’ll either refund you or send you another set. Simply send an email to hello@slugg.com.
